Can't get the bookmarklet to attach to bookmarks bar

I get an error message that there is a known issue between the youtube ap and chrome.  I tried attaching it in internet explorer and firefox as well, but it has a Javaerror message when I drag it.  It says  void((function(){ var v='3.1'; var script=document.createElement('script'); script.type
