Topic: Unable to

I'm currently using Windows 8.1 (lucky me!), and Internet Explorer 11.  I've tried to drag and drop that sucker a dozen times from the start page of Fingo.org.    All I get is the circle/slash icon.  I'd love to be able to use Flingo, but I can't seem to get started.  Any advice?

Don't go too high on the Favorites Bar, almost below it.

Thanks, Raybug....it took a few tries, but I was finally able to get it on to the bookmark list.

Raybug ---- sheesh, I don't know what happened to the rest of my post.  It should say I failed at the next step in trying to actually "fling" something.  I got a message stating that it didn't find a flingable device.  I've sent a support request to Vizio, my router and TV suppliers, asking for their help. (waiting on reply)

What I wanted to ask Flingo was whether my super-duper-nifty-delightful Windows 8.1 would have anything to do with my problem.  Sorry for the ignorance, but I really don't know what all is involved in the process.
